The Process

The 30-day proof: what month one actually looks like

Most AI engagements start with a payment and a promise. Ours starts with a deadline we set for ourselves: by day 30, the investment has to be paying for itself, in numbers you can check. If it isn't, month one is refunded. Here's what actually happens inside those 30 days.

Week one: the value map

Your architect arrives within days of a signed order, not after a three-month hire cycle. Their first job isn't to build anything. It's to sit inside your operation, trace where hours and margin actually leak, and put a number on each leak, from your own figures. By the end of the week, that becomes a value map in writing: what we'll automate, what it's worth monthly, and what you should expect to see by day 30. The flat monthly fee only makes sense if it clears that mapped value. That's the point of writing it down before the work starts.

Week two: the first systems go live

At least two automations are live by the end of week two. Not prototypes, not proofs-of-concept: systems your team uses that day, with the manual work draining away. The first builds are chosen deliberately: quick to ship, easy to measure, and wired so later systems can feed off them. Every account is opened in your name, and every build is documented as it lands.

Weeks three and four: compounding, then the test

With the first systems running, the architect works down the value map: connecting builds so each one strengthens the next, the pattern we call coordination. Day 30 is the test. The value map said what the month should be worth; now the numbers say whether it was. That comparison goes in front of you, not in a drawer.

What happens if it didn't pay

You get month one back, no questions asked, and you keep everything that was built: the systems, the documentation, the accounts. Walking away never means starting over. If it did pay, you're on a rolling month from there: no lock-in, 30 days' notice, and the same value reporting every month after.

Why we can afford to offer this

Two reasons. First, the architects are vetted and matched from our bench before we ever sign, so we know the fit before you do. Second, we take on two new embeds a month, which keeps every start fast and every first month properly resourced. The guarantee isn't bravado. It's what pricing against a written value map makes possible.
