How BEE3 Media proves its advertising is working, daily.
Project summary
BEE3 delivers advertising for its clients. Its account executives carry the harder job: showing each client, week after week, that the spend is working. That proof used to live in hours of manual number-pulling. We automated the analysis underneath it.
The problem
Every morning, account executives gathered the previous day's numbers from up to five sources, the big ad platforms and the tools built in house, then scanned all of it for what moved. Roughly 90 minutes a day, per executive, before any of the work clients actually notice. That hunt was the ceiling on capacity: an executive comfortably carries two to three clients before being stretched, not because the analysis is hard but because the gathering is relentless.
What we built
- A 6 AM pull across every connected source, joined per client, with each client's pipeline walled off from every other.
- Deterministic maths in code against each client's own rolling baselines, so no figure is ever invented, then AI writes the ranked red, amber and green read-out.
- Delivered into Slack by 6:30 AM: what moved, by how much, against that client's own targets, with every flag traceable to the numbers behind it.
The result
The morning hunt disappeared. Around 90 minutes a day per account executive, close to a full day a week each, went back into client relationships instead of data mining, worth roughly $18,000 of fully-costed time per executive per year. Every account is scanned daily against its own rolling baselines, wins surface as readily as risks, and quiet accounts return an explicit "nothing to review" so silence is never ambiguous.
Before
90 minutes of every executive's morning spent gathering and scanning across up to five sources, with problems surfacing only after the money was spent. Two to three clients each before being stretched.
After
A ranked brief waiting in Slack by 6:30 AM, every account covered against its own baselines. Close to a day a week handed back per executive, and three to four clients carried without a new hire.
