Project summary
The second strand of the Inclined Labs engagement: the business wanted AI working on sensitive media and corporate data, and compliance wanted none of it near an external service. The answer was AI that runs where the data lives.
The problem
Media needing translation was too sensitive to upload anywhere. Corporate data analysis wanted LLM help, but real records could not reach a model. Every mainstream AI route was a compliance risk, so the capability had to be built, not bought.
